Wenzhou Grand Theatre is located at No. 466, Fudong Road, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, west of Wenzhou Fudong Road, south of Shifu Road, located in the administrative center of Wenzhou City. Wenzhou Grand Theatre covers an area of about 25,000 square meters, construction area of about 3.6 square meters, the main facilities are 1,425 elegant opera hall, 664 elegant concert hall, 165 multi-function hall and 150 small theater. 

The upgrading of opera Hall is called "luxury configuration". The lifting, translating and rotating functions of the stage machinery and equipment alternate rapidly and accurately, creating a great space for artistic creation for editing, directing and performing. The main stage covers an area of 256 square meters and is composed of 5 double-layer lifting platforms. The electric boom and light pole above the stage run smoothly and orderly, and can be used to hang various large-scale scenery and lamps.
