Guangdong Development Bank was founded in September 1988,  Located in Dongfeng Road, Guangzhou, it is a comprehensive building integrating senior service apartments and Grade A office buildings. The total height is 25 floors, covers an area of about 4,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 60,000 square meters. With the approval of The State Council and the People's Bank of China, Guangdong Development Bank was established on the banks of the beautiful Pearl River as a pilot bank for the reform of China's financial system. It is one of the earliest joint-stock commercial banks in China.
