1. Roll coating process: According to the customer's color needs, the surface of the aluminum is coated with the required color of paint, and the coated aluminum roll is formed after high temperature baking. It is necessary to clean and dry the aluminum before painting, so that it has high adhesion with the paint. In the building materials industry, the paint used in the roller coating plate has polyester, fluorocarbon, nano and so on.


2. Powder coating process: First, the aluminum sheet is formed according to the customer's drawings, and then polished clean, sent to the cleaning pool for alkali washing, pickling, water cleaning, drying, and then sent to the spray painting room to spray paint and bake. Spraying methods are divided into electrostatic adsorption method and non-electrostatic method, and there are also dry powder spraying and liquid spraying. 


3. Lamination Process: Paste a layer of plastic (PET) film on the light aluminum panel, and use a roller to press up and down when pasting. 


4. Anodizing process: the metal or alloy parts are used as the anode, and the oxide film is formed on the surface by electrolysis. 


5. Metal drawing process: aluminum panel as the base material, using imported diamond cloth wheel surface drawing, by pressing, rolling coating and other chemical treatment.
